For one of our clients, we are looking for an Head of Digital Marketing.
About the role:
This is a senior leadership role where you will manage a large internal team and external agency partners, overseeing a multi-channel digital strategy designed to maximize customer growth, ensure positive ROI, and elevate global brand recognition.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and scale a large, multi-disciplinary digital marketing team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and performance excellence
- Select, manage, and challenge external agency partners to ensure high-quality execution, scalability, and measurable business impact
- Act as a key strategic partner to BI, CX, Product, Compliance, Content, Brand, and Payments teams, ensuring marketing initiatives are fully aligned with product capabilities, regulatory requirements, and commercial objectives
Digital Strategy & Execution:
- Own the end-to-end digital marketing strategy across web and mobile, with a strong focus on scalable user acquisition, revenue growth, and market expansion
- Lead planning, execution, and continuous optimization across all major acquisition channels, including:
– Paid Search (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Apple Search Ads)
– Paid Social (Meta, TikTok, X, and emerging platforms)
– Programmatic & DSPs (DV360, Moloco, Smadex, Liftoff)
– Organic Growth (SEO, ASO, Influencer Marketing, Social Media) - Establish a rigorous test-and-learn framework, leveraging A/B testing, incrementality measurement, and advanced attribution models to continuously improve performance
- Translate customer insights, behavioral data, and regional market dynamics into high-impact campaigns that maximize engagement, conversion, and lifetime value
Compliance, Moderation & App Ecosystem Management:
- Own strategy and execution for navigating complex ad platform policies and restrictions specific to the industry, ensuring consistent campaign delivery at scale
- Oversee end-to-end app lifecycle management, including publishing, compliance, optimization, and recovery processes across Google Play and Apple App Store
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks related to account bans, ad disapprovals, and regulatory changes, ensuring minimal disruption to growth activities
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Head of Digital Marketing, Digital Marketing Director, or similar senior role
- Demonstrated success leading marketing initiatives in global markets, specifically LATAM, MENA, SEA, and Africa
- Extensive experience managing large budgets and leading large teams along with external agency partners
- Deep, hands-on understanding of the entire digital marketing ecosystem (Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, SEO, ASO, and Influencer marketing)
- Strong track record of navigating complex ad policy and compliance issues on major ad networks and app stores (Google Play, App Store)
- Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on customer growth, ROI, and performance metrics
