We are excited to introduce an excellent opportunity for a Technical Support Specialist (L1) with German and English, providing services for a multinational software company.

As a Technical Support Specialist fluent in both German and English, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our global customer base. By leveraging your skills, passion, and customer-centric approach, you will contribute significantly to our overall success.

Responsibilities:

Assist with software installation and deployment for users on Microsoft Windows and Apple MAC operating systems.
Address technical inquiries and provide guidance on a wide range of client products.
Resolve known Customer issues using knowledgebase resources and product expertise.
Demonstrate proficiency in various operating systems and platforms.

Required Qualifications:

Fluent in both spoken and written German and English.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and client relationship management skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent research abilities.
Proficient in active listening.
Problem-solving aptitude.
Collaborative team player.
University graduate with PC skills.
Customer service expertise.
