Our client is a leading manufacturing company.

 

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will play a critical role in the financial and strategic management of the company, including its financial planning, investments, risk management, and financial reporting. The CFO will work collaboratively with other senior executives to guide the company towards sustainable growth while maintaining the companies financial health.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

1. Financial Strategy and Planning:

– Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company’s goals.

– Oversee budgeting and financial forecasting to ensure financial efficiency and profitability.

 

2. Financial Management and Reporting:

– Lead financial reporting activities, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of all financial information.

– Supervise the preparation of the company’s financial statements, reports, and budgets.

 

3. Cash Flow and Investment Management:

– Manage the company’s cash flow and financial investments judiciously to ensure liquidity and foster growth.

– Optimize capital structure and manage debt levels responsibly.

 

4. Risk Management:

– Identify and manage financial risks, including the implementation of mitigative strategies.

– Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and corporate governance principles.

 

 

5. Leadership and Team Management:

– Lead and develop a team of finance professionals, promoting a culture of accountability and excellence.

– Collaborate with other executives to develop strategies that foster growth and enhance profitability.

 

6. Communication:

– Present financial reports and strategic objectives to the board and shareholders regularly.

 

7. Compliance and Audit:

– Oversee all audit and internal control operations, ensuring regulatory compliance.

– Develop and implement policies and procedures that enhance financial and operational integrity.

 

Qualifications:

– Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field

– English language is Required

An MBA or other relevant

– Certified Accountant or Chartered Financial Analyst certification will be an advantage

– A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in a senior financial management role, preferably in a similar industry

– Demonstrated experience in financial planning and strategy, managing profitability, corporate finance, and financial software systems

– Exceptional leadership abilities, with a track record of leading high-performing teams

– Excellent analytical, strategic conceptual thinking abilities, and financial skills

– Strong verbal and written communication skills
