Our client has established a new Technology Support Center in Sofia, dedicated to providing enterprise-level support to customers around the globe.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Provide advanced technical support to customers via chat, phone, and email
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, including scenario reproduction and root cause analysis
- Collaborate with Product Engineering to identify bugs, test patches, and drive issue resolution
- Accurately document support activities, findings, and solutions in the CRM system
- Contribute to a Knowledge-Centered Support (KCS) approach by creating and maintaining high-quality knowledge base content
- Mentor and support team members, sharing expertise to foster continuous learning and improvement
What You Need to Succeed:
- Proven experience in troubleshooting Windows 10, 11, and Windows Server environments
- Strong understanding of software lifecycle management and application support workflows
- Solid knowledge of network protocols (HTTP/HTTPS) and foundational server troubleshooting
- Hands-on experience with databases, including writing SQL queries and analyzing logs
- Familiarity with web services (REST, SOAP) and their integration into enterprise applications
- Basic understanding of security concepts such as encryption, SSL/TLS, and secure communication
