Our client is a leading international company, well-established across Europe and known for its modern approach, people-focused culture, and commitment to operational excellence. Due to business expansion, their Shared Services team is growing – and you could be a key part of it!

The Role:
As part of the Accounts Receivable (AR) team, you’ll be right at the heart of their finance operations. This role is a dynamic blend of daily transactional tasks and cross-team coordination. You’ll play a vital part in keeping cash flow healthy by ensuring smooth processing of incoming payments, managing customer accounts, and performing credit control activities – all within a fast-paced, multinational environment where your precision and insight will truly make a difference.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Independently process incoming payments, electronic bank statements, and perform cash allocation.
  • Support and maintain accurate customer master data.
  • Participate in dispute resolution and ensure correct payment application.
  • Perform credit control tasks: dunning, adjustments, and write-offs.
  • Maintain customer accounts and contribute to monthly/year-end closings.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures across the organization’s European operations.
  • Track SLAs and KPIs related to AR processes and performance.
  • Contribute ideas and participate in initiatives to improve AR efficiency and effectiveness.

What we’re looking for:

  • University degree in Economics, Finance, or Business Administration (Accounting focus preferred).
  • 2–3 years of experience in accounting, ideally in a complex and international business environment.
  • Strong understanding of Accounts Receivable processes.
  • Familiarity with end-to-end finance and accounting workflows.
  • Experience with ERP systems and strong Excel skills.
  • Proficient in English (written and spoken); an additional foreign language is a plus.
