We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Administrative Employee to join the team of our client – a company operating in the international logistics and shipping sector, with offices across Europe. The position is based in Sofia, where the selected candidate will join a team of four and collaborate daily with colleagues in Greece and Italy.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a solid background in shipping and administrative processes who is looking to work in a dynamic and international environment.
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and operational support related to shipping and logistics activities
- Communicate with international offices (primarily in English)
- Handle customs and fiscal documentation and procedures
- Coordinate with partners and internal departments to ensure efficient logistics workflows
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics/shipping
- Proven administrative background
- Solid knowledge of international shipping (land, air, sea)
- Understanding of customs and fiscal procedures
- Proficiency in English (B2) – written and spoken
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft 365
