Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Python-based applications and software solutions.
- Develop and optimize data pipelines and ETL processes for better efficiency and performance.
- Ensure code quality through best practices, including code reviews, unit testing, and detailed documentation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application and data-related issues in a cloud-based environment.
- Implement and manage Azure services and software infrastructure.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3-5+ years of experience in Python development.
- Proven expertise in Azure services such as Azure Functions, Data Factory, SQL Database, and Blob Storage.
- Experience with data processing frameworks (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, PySpark).
- Proficiency with version control (Git).
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Podman or Docker.
- Strong understanding of relational databases and software development principles.
Desirable Additional Skills:
- Knowledge of machine learning and data science concepts.
- Familiarity with Big Data technologies.
- Experience with complex ETL tools like Informatica or Talend.
- Proficiency in other programming languages such as Bash for scripting and automation.
