Описание

За наш партньор в гр. София търсим да назначим Строителен инженер-отчитане и офериране

Oтговорности:

  • Проучва и анализира особеностите на строителния пазар
  • Изготвяне на бюджети и финансови планове;
  • Изготвяне и проверка на актове, разплащателни документи;
  • Изготвяне на протоколи за подизпълнители;
  • Проверява, изготвя оферти и анализни цени, работни калкулации и отчита извършените строително-монтажни работи;
  • Отговаря за изготвяне и проверка на количествено-стойностни сметки и спецификации за материали;
  • Контрол на преки разходи за труд, материали и механизация по строителни обекти и подсметки;

Изисквания:

  • Висше техническо образование – Строителен инженер, Строителство на сгради и съоръжения, Промишлено и гражданско строителство;
  • Опит като строителен инженер минимум 3 години;
  • Опит с ценообразуване и изготвяне на анализни цени в строителството;
