We are currently partnering with a well-established international technology and consulting company with over 20 years of experience, delivering large-scale cloud and digital transformation solutions across Europe and North America.
The company is expanding its team and is looking for Service Desk Agents with German to join a newly launched project supporting internal users in an international corporate environment.
What you’ll be doing:
- Handle incoming technical requests via phone and ticketing system.
- Troubleshoot common IT issues such as login problems, VPN access, MFA, account locks, and software installations.
- Provide clear and professional support in German and English.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Document cases accurately and follow internal procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain consistent, high-quality support.
What we’re looking for:
- Very good command of German and English (B2/C1 level);
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Interest in IT and technology, along with a desire to explore new areas of development.
- Ability to manage multiple requests and stay organized.
- Positive, team-oriented, and customer-focused mindset.
💡 Previous experience in technical support or customer service is a plus, but not required – full training will be provided.

Work model:
- Primarily a remote role, based in Bulgaria.
- The onboarding and training period includes a temporary onsite presence in Sofia.
- After onboarding, the role continues remotely, with occasional team events if needed.
Additional details:
- Location: Bulgaria (Sofia / Plovdiv / Varna / Burgas)
- Working hours: 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week (including weekends and public holidays)
Shift rotation:
- Early: 06:00 – 15:00
- Day: 09:00 – 18:00
- Late: 13:00 – 22:00
- Night: 22:00 – 07:00
