Sales Executive – Ocean & Air Freight
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full sales cycle – from identifying potential clients to closing deals;
- Actively promote and sell ocean and air freight services to new and existing customers;
- Prepare and present offers, negotiate terms, and finalize contracts;
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients (local and international);
- Work closely with internal operations teams to ensure excellent service delivery;
- Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system and generate regular reports.
Requirements:
- University degree (preferably in logistics, international trade, or economics);
- Excellent command of English – written and spoken;
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the logistics or freight forwarding industry;
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills;
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM systems;
- Self-driven, organized, and result-oriented;
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and build strong client relationships.
