You will be able to:
- Provide support to the customers via phone, email or chat
- Use a computer to navigate various screens to help the customer
- Recommend new products or services to customers
What you need:
- Fluency in French
- Very good level of English (B2+)
- Customer service experience will be an advantage
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Great analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Computer literacy
