Responsibilities:
- Actively participating in the development of financial models and forecasts to fuel our international expansion and strategic initiatives;
- Involving in regular financial reporting (PnL, Cashflow & Balance) and operational metrics tracking to identify trends and opportunities for growth;
- Collaborating with top and department managers by providing actionable financial insights through comparative analyses and hypothesis testing;
- Attending strategic meetings, contributing to the development and execution of strategies;
Involving in Revenue and Expense Planning on a daily, monthly, and quarterly basis; - Organizing and monitoring routine financial operations – ensuring accurate and timely recording of all transactions, monitoring receivables and payables, etc.;
- Organizing and moderating weekly financial planning sessions with company’s managers.
The suitable candidate:
- Recently graduated (in the last 1-3 years) with a solid understanding of Financial Analysis, Reporting, Forecasting, Statistics, Economics, with any practical experience (0-2 years) being a strong plus.
- Working level of English;
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret financial data and derive actionable insights;
- Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in your work.
Bonus Points if You Have:
- Familiarity with reporting and analytics tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms, or a strong willingness to learn;
- Flexibility to work from our office based in Sofia occasionally (once a week/twice a month).
