General Manager

Top Skills Recruitment is looking for an experienced General Manager for one of our international partners.

We are seeking a hands-on and business-oriented leader who can successfully combine strategic thinking, operational management, and people leadership. The person in this role will take ownership of local operations, drive business performance, strengthen internal processes, and support the organization’s continued development.

• Take overall responsibility for the management, performance, and continued development of the local operations.
• Lead and support the team, creating a culture of accountability, collaboration, and ownership.
• Set clear priorities, delegate responsibilities effectively, and support employees through regular feedback and development.
• Monitor business performance and key operational indicators, identify areas for improvement, and take appropriate action.
• Review and optimize internal processes to improve efficiency and support business objectives.
• Oversee budget execution, cost management, and key administrative activities.
• Use operational and financial data to support informed decision-making and business performance.
• Work closely with senior stakeholders and contribute to strategic and cross-functional initiatives.

• At least 5 years of relevant management experience.
• Experience working closely with senior management and key decision-makers.
• Proven track record in improving processes, operational efficiency, and overall business performance.
• Strong understanding of business operations, budgeting, financial principles, and performance management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into practical business decisions.
• Very good command of English – minimum B2 level.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Higher education in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Management, Administration, or a related field would be considered an advantage.
