For our customer, a BPO company, we are looking for
 Sales Development Representatives.
Responsibilities:
•    Establishes robust pipeline within the client CRM and maintains accurate data
•    Big-picture thinking through follow up calls, leaving voice mails, email correspondence, coordinating appointments, presenting metrics
•    Embraces that the B2B deals starts with engaging in a meaningful conversation to accurately qualify the BANT Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline
•    Interface between business-owners and the client to drive sales
•    Perseverance through both inbound and outbound high-volume calling and prospecting
•    Cover multiple offerings or full portfolio coverage and deal with more complex clients and tasks
•    Schedule follow-up with warm handoff
Requirements:
•    Bachelor’s degree
•    1+ years of B2B or B2C sales 
•    Inbound and/or outbound calling experience
•    Fluency in German and English or English only
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Engaging with customers in a consultative approach to foster relationships
•    Endless curiosity in cloud and digital product markets
•    Enthusiastic about learning and discussing Artificial Intelligence, Virtual Reality, Internet of Things, Software as a Service, Enterprise Resource Planning, and Cloud-based solutions
