About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated Java Developer to join a fast-paced and forward-thinking engineering team. In this role, you’ll be part of a collaborative environment that drives the development of robust fintech solutions. You will work on scalable backend systems, focusing
on performance, security, and clean code architecture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain backend applications and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features.
- Integrate with relational databases and REST APIs.
- Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Contribute to CI/CD and containerized deployments within a Kubernetes/AWS environment.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in software development (preferably with Java).
- Experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL, Oracle, or MySQL.
- Basic understanding of HTTP and RESTful APIs.
- Solid English communication skills (spoken and written).
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Spring Boot.
- Familiarity with Microservices or Service-Oriented Architecture.
- Knowledge of data-intensive application development and performance tuning.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized applications.
- Exposure to CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI.
Tech Stack You’ll Work With:
Java 15 + Spring Boot, REST / HTTP, PostgreSQL, AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, In-house message queuing system, Jenkins, Maven.
