We’re on the hunt for a proactive and knowledgeable SAP Key User Support Specialist to become an integral part of our global team. You’ll be the go-to person for all things SAP in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and General Ledger – helping keep the financial gears of our global operations running smoothly.
What You’ll Do:
- Act as the first line of SAP support for finance users across the organization;
- Maintain master data and assist with financial process inquiries (AR/AP/GL);
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal guidelines;
- Support change requests and onboarding of new entities into the SAP system;
- Extend responsibilities to the SAP S4 environment upon its deployment.
What Sets You Apart:
- Solid experience with SAP ECC (SAP S4 knowledge is a bonus);
- A background in business administration or commercial training with a strong focus on accounting, including:
– balance sheet accounting & month-end closing
– working in accounts payable/ receivable
– fixed asset accounting
– master data maintenance in accounting – General ledger accounts, customers, vendors
– analyzing & understanding of accounting processes
– IFRS accounting rules
- Insight into SAP Finance modules (ideally within trading/logistics);
- Knowledge of related SAP modules (CO, SD, MM) is advantageous;
- English fluency required; German is a plus;
- Openness to occasional travel.
