For our client – a fast-growing international digital marketing and technology services company supporting e-commerce and tech-driven businesses globally – we are looking for a Senior Frontend & UI/UX Developer to join their team.
In this role, you will be responsible for transforming design concepts into scalable and high-performance web applications. You will collaborate closely with designers and cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive, responsive, and visually appealing digital experiences.
This is a senior-level position that requires strong technical expertise, architectural thinking, and complete ownership of frontend initiatives.
What You Will Be Doing
Frontend Engineering
- Develop and maintain complex, scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Next.js, Vue, or Angular.
- Write clean, maintainable, production-grade HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Ensure technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
- Implement responsive layouts and cross-browser compatibility.
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
UI/UX Collaboration
- Translate Figma designs and wireframes into high-quality frontend code.
- Provide technical input to improve user experience and interaction design.
- Participate in usability improvements and iterative UX enhancements based on feedback.
Component Architecture & Design Systems
- Build and maintain reusable components and frontend libraries.
- Ensure consistency with design systems and brand guidelines.
- Contribute to frontend standards, best practices, and architectural decisions.
Leadership & Ownership
- Lead frontend initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Mentor junior developers and promote engineering best practices.
- Stay up to date with modern frontend technologies, tools, and trends.
What We’re Looking For
Required
- 5+ years of professional frontend development experience.
- Strong fundamentals in HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Proven experience with React, Next.js, or similar frontend frameworks.
- Experience with state management solutions (Redux, Vuex, etc.).
- Solid understanding of responsive web design.
- Experience with CSS preprocessors (Sass, Less) and/or CSS-in-JS.
- Experience working with Figma and collaborating closely with designers.
- Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Node.js or server-side rendering frameworks.
- Unit and end-to-end testing experience.
- WordPress development (custom themes, ACF, modular templates).
- Experience with Webpack or Vite.
- Docker-based local development environments.
- Frontend performance optimization and architectural experience.
