Account Manager with German and English

For one of our partners – an international company – we are looking for an Account Manager with German and English.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Active support of existing partners in the Value Added Distribution segment for the products of the manufacturer Dell Technologies.
  • Comprehensive and solution-oriented advice and support for our customers on the phone.
  • Development of long-term customer contacts.
  • Being the direct contact person for partners for the entire Dell Technologies product portfolio
  • Consulting for Dell Technologies products.
  • Processing of the order process from order entry to delivery.

 

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English and German (B2-C1)
  • Target-driven
  • Experience in sales or support
  • Advanced professional, effective telephone techniques and customer care
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills
  • Understanding the IT/distribution industry is an advantage
  • Previous knowledge of working through the Sales Cycle in a similar organization is strongly recommended
