Junior Business Analyst

For our client, a company that is a leading global investment platform that makes online investing accessible to anyone, we are looking for a Junior Business Analyst. They are a regulated and secure platform, operating in full transparency with its clients’ interests in mind.

The Junior Business Analyst is responsible for monitoring exposure across various financial instruments offered by the company. Key tasks involve generating reports on market conditions, forecasts, and client responses, as well as overseeing trades to ensure financial stability and prompt action when necessary. The role also includes ensuring the technical functionality of platforms and delivering seamless services to clients.

• Oversee the platforms to guarantee optimal system performance.
• Monitor client transactions and daily activities, investigating any unusual or suspicious behaviors.
• Compile daily and other relevant reports as required by senior management.
• Stay informed about market developments and trends in the financial sector.
• Ensure the accuracy of the company’s hedged exposure.
• Execute hedging strategies as directed by management.
• Analyze and monitor client activities and exposure levels.
• Develop, revise, and implement company policies and procedures as needed.
• Manage and supervise the reception and transmission of orders, as well as their execution on behalf of clients.
• Identify real-time issues and implement corrective actions promptly.

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of financial markets.
• Proficient in MS Excel.
• High accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving abilities.
