About the Role:
We are looking for a strategic and data-driven Sales Effectiveness Analyst to join our client’s team. This role plays a key part in analyzing sales data, enhancing reporting tools, and supporting cross-functional decision-making to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze client behavior, sales trends, and product performance using internal data systems
- Develop and maintain sales dashboards and performance reports
- Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to stakeholders
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to align business strategies
- Manage Salesforce user/licenses, pipelines, bonus tracking, and campaign support
- Generate accurate ad-hoc reports and improve reporting processes
- Support tool development and automation for reporting efficiency
- Assist with the online signing platform and Salesforce process enhancements
Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence
- Proficiency in Excel; user-level experience with Power BI or Tableau preferred
- Working knowledge of Salesforce, SQL (Azure Data Studio), and Alteryx Designer is a plus
- Fluent in English, with strong communication and presentation skills
