For our clients, a leading global employee benefits and engagement partner, we are looking to appoint a Merchants Account Manager.
This is a sales-driven role focused on acquiring new partners and growing revenue through affiliate and partner networks.
Main Responsibilities:
• Identify and acquire new merchant partners through proactive outreach, cold calls and targeted business development activities;
• Manage the full partner lifecycle — from onboarding to ongoing account management, performance tracking and growth;
• Develop and maintain strong long-term relationships with partners, focusing on retention and business expansion;
• Grow key accounts by identifying opportunities, upselling solutions and increasing overall partner value;
• Use Salesforce CRM to manage pipeline, activities and reporting;
• Collaborate with internal Sales, Marketing and cross-functional teams to deliver growth targets;
• Monitor market trends and competitors, contributing insights and recommendations to management;
• Achieve individual and team sales targets in a performance-driven environment;
• Occasional travel required to support partner relationships and business needs.

Requirements:
• 2–3 years of experience in sales, business development or account management;
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with a relationship-building mindset;
• Results-oriented, proactive and well-organized working style;
• Commercial awareness and ability to work toward targets in a fast-paced environment;
• Fluent Bulgarian and good English (spoken and written);
• Experience with CRM systems and strong MS Excel skills;
• Previous experience in a sales-driven role is an advantage.
