Key Responsibilities:
- Active search for new potential clients
- Understanding clients needs and objectives
- Conduct negotiations over the phone, retain and increase the volume of
sales - Work towards customer acquisition and growth goals
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships
- Acquired sales experience in a contact centre
- Relevant education and experience in a similar position
- Good command of English, written and spoken
- Computer literacy – MS Office, Excel
- Proactive and self-directed, with an organized approach to work
