Attorney – Corporate & Commercial

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent legal qualification
• Licensed to practice law in Bulgaria or another European jurisdiction
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate governance and commercial contracting
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
• Strong understanding of European corporate laws and regulations
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in English

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive legal advice and support on corporate governance and compliance matters across Europe
• Interface and manage workstreams with local outside law firms and corporate secretarial firms in several European countries
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including vendor agreements
• Assist in the development and implementation of corporate policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Collaborate with various client stakeholders to support business operations and strategic initiatives including tax, finance and accounting teams
• Manage and mitigate legal risks by implementing effective legal strategies and solutions
• Stay updated on relevant legal developments and provide proactive guidance to the clients
• Assist on day-to-day legal administrative and contract management responsibilities
• Support the legal team in various other tasks as needed with an opportunity to work on US and Asia-based projects
