Description

For one of our clients, we are currently looking for a Power Platform Engineer to join their team and develop deeper expertise in Microsoft Copilot Studio and AI Agents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop and maintain business applications, workflow automations and data solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse
  • Integrate Microsoft 365 and enterprise applications through APIs, custom connectors and reusable components
  • Build and deploy Copilot Studio agents using knowledge sources, custom actions and business process integrations
  • Develop practical and secure AI solutions with appropriate human oversight
  • Explore and implement additional agentic AI approaches, including Azure AI services and integrations beyond Copilot Studio
  • Use GitHub and CI/CD pipelines for source control, collaborative development, testing and deployment
  • Extend Power Platform solutions using Azure Functions, REST APIs and Azure AI services
  • Implement secure authentication and authorization using Microsoft Entra ID
  • Use GitHub Copilot and other AI-assisted development tools responsibly to improve productivity and code quality
  • Work closely with architects, engineers and business stakeholders to translate requirements into maintainable technical solutions
  • Troubleshoot, document and continuously improve solutions in production
  • Contribute to technical QA and testing activities when required

What We’re Looking For:

  • Solid hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse
  • Experience delivering and supporting production Power Platform solutions
  • Experience with Copilot Studio or AI agent development, combined with a strong interest in developing further in this area
  • Practical experience with REST APIs, enterprise integrations and Git/GitHub
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure and cloud integration
  • Understanding of authentication, authorization and enterprise security principles
  • Knowledge of Generative AI and prompt engineering
  • Programming experience in at least one of the following: C#, JavaScript, TypeScript or Python
  • Experience with deployment or CI/CD practices
  • Ability to take ownership of technical tasks and work independently
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with technical and business stakeholders
  • English – B2+, German – B2+

Additional Strengths:

  • Advanced Copilot Studio capabilities and agent orchestration
  • Experience with RAG, Azure AI Search or Azure OpenAI
  • Experience with other AI agent development frameworks
  • GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps or Power Platform ALM and Governance
  • Experience with Microsoft Graph, Teams, SharePoint, Dynamics 365 or ServiceNow
  • Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP)
  • Microsoft certifications related to Power Platform, Copilot Studio or Azure AI
  • Certifications are considered an advantage, but hands-on experience and successful project delivery are equally valued
