About the Role
As a DevOps Engineer, you will be an integral part of the technology team, responsible for managing and improving the company’s infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and reliability processes. You will work closely with developers and system administrators to ensure seamless integration, automation, and performance of cloud-based and on-premises systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and administer Linux-based systems across development and production environments.
- Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate software build, test, and deployment processes.
- Develop scripts and automation tools to optimize infrastructure tasks.
- Manage containerized applications and support orchestration using Kubernetes or similar technologies.
- Support and implement strategies for auto-scaling, backup, disaster recovery, and database replication.
- Monitor infrastructure performance and resolve issues to ensure system stability and availability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support software delivery and IT operations.
Requirements:
- Solid experience with Linux system administration.
- Hands-on experience with DevOps tools and techniques, especially CI/CD.
- Scripting experience (e.g., Bash, Python, or similar).
- Understanding of containers and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with auto-scaling, disaster recovery, and database management.
- Experience with AWS and Kubernetes is a strong advantage.
- Problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
