Our client is a subsidiary of a large logistics group.
Your responsibilities:
- Organizes and monitors the progress of each specific shipment by corresponding with the client, the carrier and the company’s partners
- Prepares offers in agreement with the direct manager
- Prepares and fills in the necessary transport and internal company documents;
- Determines the amounts due for transportation and services provided
- Requests from partners and suppliers information about the movement of goods and promptly informs customers
- Prepares invoices to clients and partners
- Accepts and approves invoices and accompanying documents from suppliers and partners;
- Prepares market-oriented tariffs for the offered services together with the direct head of the department
- Provides the necessary information about potential and current clients to the head of the department
- Negotiates prices and concludes transport deals up to the limit set by the immediate supervisor
- Handles customer complains and emergency situations together with customs/insurance department and warehouse staff
Your profile:
- You have interest in and enthusiasm for the branch of logistics and transport
- You like the idea of working in an international environment
- Fluency in Bulgarian and English
- Secondary education
- You have a strong team spirit and good comprehension skills
- You are a strong communicator and enjoy working and interacting with customers, colleagues and other trainees
- Your time management and your organizational skills are good
