Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Pimcore development and customization projects, ensuring high-quality, scalable solutions.
- Implement and manage PIM functionalities, including data modeling, setting up structures, schemas, and asset renditions.
- Build and maintain integrations with third-party systems, ensuring seamless data exchange.
- Optimize Pimcore performance for large catalogs and high-traffic environments using caching, indexing, and asynchronous processing.
- Conduct thorough testing of applications to ensure reliability, scalability, and security.
- Provide L2/L3 support through ticketing systems, troubleshooting, and resolving complex issues.
- Maintain clear and comprehensive technical documentation for internal teams and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with an international team of business users, product owners, and fellow developers in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Requirements:
- Proven, deep experience with Pimcore implementations, especially PIM (DAM and CMS are a plus).
- Strong proficiency in PHP and the Symfony framework, with a solid understanding of OOP principles and design patterns.
- Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL), caching mechanisms (e.g., Redis), and search technologies (e.g., Elasticsearch)
- Hands-on knowledge of Pimcore-specific features such as Workflows, Object Bricks, and Classification Store.
- Familiarity with modern web technologies (REST, GraphQL, JSON) and version control systems (Git or similar).
- Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, and DevOps practices in a collaborative international environment.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
