As a Software Engineering Team Lead, you will have the opportunity to shape both people and technology. Tech stack: .NET Core, C#, Microservices, REST API, RabbitMQ, MS SQL Server, OpenShift.
What you will do:
- Lead and inspire a team of engineers, creating an environment of trust, accountability, and high performance.
- Provide technical direction, code reviews, and architectural input to ensure robust, maintainable, and scalable systems.
- Partner with Product Managers, Designers, and QA to align engineering solutions with business goals.
- Manage priorities, timelines, and risks to ensure the successful delivery of complex projects.
- Continuously optimize development processes and introduce new tools, frameworks, and methodologies.
- Mentor and coach team members, supporting both their professional growth and career progression.
What you’ll bring:
- Proven experience in building and delivering large-scale software solutions, ideally with .NET Core and Microservices architectures.
- A track record of successfully leading or mentoring software engineers.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Deep understanding of software engineering best practices, Agile methodologies, and system scalability.
