We are seeking both Salesforce Administrators and Senior Salesforce Administrators. What You Will Do
For Salesforce Administrator:
- Provide Level 1 & Level 2 Salesforce support; troubleshoot and resolve user issues efficiently.
- Manage users, roles, permissions, and maintain data integrity.
- Configure Salesforce features: reports, dashboards, workflows, validation rules, and automations.
- Collaborate with developers on change requests, integrations, and enhancements.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and maintain comprehensive documentation.
- Deliver user training and guidance to ensure high adoption and platform efficiency.
For Senior Salesforce Administrator:
- Act as a trusted Salesforce expert, advising stakeholders and shaping best practices.
- Lead full lifecycle Salesforce projects: requirements gathering, design, testing, deployment, and post-release optimization.
- Design and implement complex automation, flows, approval processes, dashboards, and KPIs.
- Ensure system governance, data quality, and compliance with corporate and security standards.
- Provide Level 2/3 support and proactively enhance user experience globally.
- Drive adoption, training, and documentation initiatives across international teams.
What We Are Looking For
Common Requirements:
- 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Experience in structured helpdesk support (Level 1 & 2) and tools like Jira.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (additional certifications like Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder are a plus).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Additional for Senior Level:
- Proven experience managing complex Salesforce environments and enterprise-scale configurations.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, security, data governance, and compliance.
- Advanced automation skills (Flows, Process Builder, Approval Processes, Validation Rules).
- Experience working in global, cross-functional teams and Agile product development.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with integrations, APIs, middleware, or AppExchange apps.
- Knowledge of reporting best practices and dashboard design.
- Familiarity with governance frameworks and release management.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript.
