You will be at the front line of IT operations, ensuring business-critical applications and tools (Salesforce, ServiceNow, Identity & Order Management, Licensing Tools, CPQ, etc.) run smoothly and efficiently for employees and partners across the globe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external users, handling requests and
- issues via email, self-service portal, and occasionally by phone.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents related to business applications
- (Salesforce, CPQ, ServiceNow, Identity & Order Management, Licensing tools, etc.).
- Ensure accurate ticket documentation, categorization, and prioritization within SLAs.
- Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 teams while ensuring proper knowledge transfer and
- follow-up.
- Communicate status updates and solutions clearly to stakeholders, maintaining high
- levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with global colleagues to continuously improve processes, support efficiency, and system stability.
What You Bring:
- 0–2 years of experience in IT/business application support (internships or first-line
- support roles also considered).
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, adaptable, and customer-oriented mindset.
- Solid technical foundations – basic knowledge of business applications or IT systems.
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in IT, Business, or related field (or relevant experience).
- Excellent English skills (C1); German (B2+) is a strong advantage.
