Our client, a fast-growing international company operating at the intersection of marketing, technology, and financial services, is looking to hire a CRM Manager to drive client engagement and lifecycle strategies across its Forex trading platforms.
💡 About the Role:
This is a data-driven CRM role focused on optimizing the full client lifecycle – from onboarding to retention and reactivation.
You will play a key role in shaping how traders interact with the platform, using data, segmentation, and automation to drive engagement, improve retention, and increase customer lifetime value.
The role is office-based (Sofia) and offers close collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Retention teams.
🚀 Key Responsibilities:
- Own and execute CRM strategy across the full customer lifecycle (onboarding, activation, retention, reactivation)
- Plan and manage segmented and personalized campaigns (email, push, SMS, in-platform messaging)
- Analyze trader behavior (deposits, activity, churn signals) and build automated customer journeys
- Optimize bonuses, promotions, and loyalty programs in line with regulatory requirements
- Monitor and improve key KPIs: retention, churn, LTV, conversion rates
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Sales teams
- Ensure all communications are compliant with financial regulations and GDPR
- Manage CRM tools and platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Braze, etc.)
- Run A/B tests and continuously optimize campaign performance
- Maintain high-quality CRM data, segmentation, and reporting
🧠 What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in CRM / lifecycle marketing/retention
- Experience in Forex, CFD, crypto, fintech, or financial services
- Strong understanding of trader behavior and lifecycle dynamics
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and automation tools
- Solid analytical mindset and ability to work with data and KPIs
- Understanding of compliance and regulations in financial services
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Proactive, structured, and performance-driven approach

- Experience with regulated brokers
- SQL or advanced data analysis skills
- Background in retention or client success teams
- Experience with multi-market or multi-language campaigns
