We are looking for a strategic and data-driven Sales Effectiveness Analyst to join our client’s team. This role plays a key part in analyzing sales data, enhancing reporting tools, and supporting cross-functional decision-making to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze client behavior, sales trends, and product performance using internal data systems
- Develop and maintain sales dashboards and performance reports (KPIs, pipeline, funnel tracking)
- Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to support business planning
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to align business strategies and processes
- Support Salesforce activities, including user/license administration, pipeline management, and bonus tracking
- Improve reporting processes, data workflows, and documentation
- Support sales campaigns, forecasting, and marketing communication lists
Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence (preferably with sales/marketing data)
- Proficiency in Excel; user-level experience with Power BI or Tableau preferred
- Working knowledge of Salesforce, SQL (Azure Data Studio), and Alteryx Designer is a plus
- Fluent in English, with strong communication and presentation skills

- Proactive problem-solver with clear and effective communication skills
