Technical Data & Sales Coordinator
For our client – a well-established family-owned company with over 20 years of experience on
the Bulgarian and international market, specializing in the production of metal products for
industrial and interior projects – we are looking to hire a technically-oriented professional
who wants to go beyond standard office work and grow within the digital transformation of
business processes.
What you will do:
• Work with cloud-based inventory and order management software and a low-code
platform for business applications and automation (Zoho Inventory + Zoho Creator)
• Work with Zoho Analytics – creating reports and dashboards, data analysis, and
automated tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Support the programming and operations teams when needed – acting as a key link
between the client, production, and the software developer
• Work in a compact team within a dynamic environment, handling a variety of tasks
What we are looking for:
• Experience with ERP systems such as Zoho, Salesforce, SAP
• Excellent command of Business English
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office and digital tools beyond basic usage
(Advanced Excel skills such as Pivot Tables, Power Query, formulas, and PDF editing are a
plus)
• Interest in new software solutions, digital innovation, and process optimization
• Basic programming knowledge (OOP & Data Structures); SQL is a plus
