For our client, a leading global employee benefits and engagement partner that opens up opportunities to help people enjoy more of what matters, we are looking for an Accounts Receivable Accountant with a 6-month contract.
Main Responsibilities:
Conduct financial activities related to receivables accounting in compliance with:
- Legal and fiscal requirements
- Local and international accounting standards
- The organization’s internal policies and deadlines
Key Duties:
- Control the interface between One Back Office and Navision
- Verify client payments and release paid orders
- Communicate with clients on accounting-related matters
- Reconcile bank statements with accounting records
- Identify and explain discrepancies
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliation validation reports
- Analyze, control, and document the verification process
- Order printing reports
- Bank accounts and accounting records
- Prepare monthly validation documents
- Issue, record, and archive manual invoices
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 1.5 – 2 years of experience as an accountant
- Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and IFRS standards
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in MS Office
- Experience with accounting software; knowledge of NAVISION is an advantage
- Fluency in English
