What will you do?
  • Lead and develop the accounting team, supporting their professional growth
  • Ensure the accuracy and timely delivery of financial reports for German entities
  • Monitor balance sheet accounts and ensure compliance with financial regulations
  • Work with local GAAP standards and prepare year-end reports
  • Act as the main point of contact for auditors and external stakeholders in Germany
  • Participate in process improvements and financial system integrations

What are we looking for?

  • University degree in Accounting (ACCA/CIMA certification is a plus) or other relevant
  • Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience
  • At least 2 years in a leadership role(will be considered as a strong advantage)
  • Strong knowledge of SAP and MS Office (advanced Excel skills)
  • German (very good level – written and spoken)
  • English (professional level)
  • Analytical mindset, strong communication skills, and customer orientation
