What will you do?
- Lead and develop the accounting team, supporting their professional growth
- Ensure the accuracy and timely delivery of financial reports for German entities
- Monitor balance sheet accounts and ensure compliance with financial regulations
- Work with local GAAP standards and prepare year-end reports
- Act as the main point of contact for auditors and external stakeholders in Germany
- Participate in process improvements and financial system integrations
What are we looking for?
- University degree in Accounting (ACCA/CIMA certification is a plus) or other relevant
- Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience
- At least 2 years in a leadership role(will be considered as a strong advantage)
- Strong knowledge of SAP and MS Office (advanced Excel skills)
- German (very good level – written and spoken)
- English (professional level)
- Analytical mindset, strong communication skills, and customer orientation
